Project: KCA has had two three-year open end contract with the City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks since 1996. The same contract has been renewed this year for another 3 years. KCA construction projects average $2 million per a year.

City of Gardena

Project: KCA has been as needed architect for the city since 1998. During that time, KCA has provided seismic and ADA retrofits for 7 community service buildings, design two new park restroom buildings and provided repairs and alteration of one park recreation center building.

City of Cudahy

Project: KCA was selected to design the expansion of Lugo Park which was a 6 acre community park with a vacant Edison warehouse and an aging baseball field. With a budget of $1.6 million, KCA converted the warehouse to a at-risk youth center, designed a new restroom building, a new shade shelter, toddler play ground, and added soccer field to next to the baseball field.
