Introduction

Mr. Kwang Cook's profession began with 16 years of successful tenure
with a nationally renowned design build firm specializing in medical
office buildings and schools headquartered in the city of Madison,
WI. He was the chief architect and Vice President responsible for
corporate design. In 1984 Mr. Kwang Cook relocated to the Los Angeles
area to open his own solo practice, Kwang Cook & Associates (KCA). In 1989, Mr. David Pae joined KCA and worked along side Mr. Cook as an associate architect under his own firm known as David Pae Architects (DPA). The KCA and DPA association has been providing successful professional services to numerous public agencies such as cities, counties, the military, and the federal government. Currently, Cook & Pae Architects has an office located in the city of Anaheim with 6 registered architects, one licensed structural engineer, and two CAD operators who comprise the core working group. Cook & Pae Architects retains outside engineering consultants involved in civil, structural, and landscape architecture, as well as fire protection, kitchen planning and environmental engineering. |

stated above, Mr. Cook came out to California to establish a solo
practice in a multi-cultural environment. KCA was formed in 1984 in
the city of Santa Ana. From 1984 to 1991, KCA designed apartments, strip shopping centers, and medical office building tenant improvements. Today, our focus is in serving public building management agencies such as numerous cities, california state universities, as well as military agencies. |

| David Pae joined KCA after a ten year successful tenure with Urmston Stiehl Associates, a west Los Angeles based firm. He then established his own practice in the city of Yorba Linda in 1988. His strengths are in the multi-family and larger scale shopping center projects. | |
